  • 1 frozen (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust (thawed)
  • 1½ sticks (12 tablespoons) salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar substitute
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1¾ cups chopped pecans
  • 1½ tablespoons bourbon or vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips (Sugar free chocolate chips are available online.)
  • Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving
