Photo Art by Ellie Laycock  features 35 ways to display photographs whether they be vintage photos or digital prints. Beyond basic framed displays, author Ellie Laycock shares here clever ideas for getting your photos out the drawer or off the computer and creatively putting them to use as home-decor pieces, wearable art, holiday ornaments and more.  Techniques covered include information on using photo editing software to achieve specific results when altering photos, upsizing and printing a favorite photo in a grid for creating large scale photo art for your walls, waterslide transfers, sun printing, cyanotype projects, and more. Supply lists are provided along with stepped out photos featuring illustrations to help guide you through recreating projects. The instructions are clear and appear easy to follow. I think most of the ideas shared in the book would be easy to create by crafters of any skill level; although crafters need to take note that while some projects require just basic materials readily available, others do call for very specific products that might require a bit more advanced planning. Projects also includes lists with further ideas for expanding the featured technique to other projects.  A list of resources for supplies is also included at the back of the book.
