“The Art of Zentangle®” could also rightfully be named – “A Zentangle For Everyone” as the pages within contain a wide x variety of Zentangle projects achievable for beginners through those advanced in this unique art technique.
 
The book begins with basic instructional information, as well as information on tools needed for the techniques within. Next, four artists, Margaret Bremner, Norma J. Burnell, Penny Raile, and Lara Williams guide you through a variety of Zentangle projects ranging from whimsical to intricately detailed. Basic outlines are included for some projects, to be filled in for “practice”, Art of Zentangle 1or reproduced for use on additional projects. Specific tangles are explained with stepped-out instructions and illustrations. Then it’s on to recreating Zentangle scenes, silhouette tangles, fantastically detailed fairies, and amazingly intricate mandalas. Project variations including colored tangles, shaded tangles, and glitter tangles are also explored.
