My friend, Caroline, is throwing an Alice In Wonderland party for her daughter Harper’s first birthday. She enlisted my creativity to help her with party hats. We made these fun fascinator mini hats for the guests to wear. And yes, Alice, they are made from paper cups and plates! We created a variety of these hats; but I’m going to show you how to make the Mad Hatter’s Hat.
