Nautical Nursery: Anchors Away Baby Blanket

Nautical Nursery Project

Give Me Glitter…

Nautical Nursery Series

First Project: Anchors Away Baby Blanket

Created by Ana Araujo

In the next few weeks Ana Araujo will be teaching us how to create décor for a baby boy nautical themed nursery. The idea came about when Ana was talking with her friend, Abbie, who is having a boy and is doing a nautical theme in navy blue, white and gray.

Ana started with finding key pieces of fabric that would work into the theme. She found this cute cotton whales fabric and a flannel chevron pattern in shades of gray and white. She also purchased a 4 ½” wood anchor.
